Home Stamp Landlords

Register with Home Stamp to advertise student accommodation, houses, flats, lodgings and properties available within the Canterbury area.

By registering with Home Stamp you commit to following the Home Stamp Code of Standards detailing management of your properties. This is a requirement of the scheme. Please download and read the Code of Standards before registering your details.

Once registered, you can start advertising property(ies) on this website. You will also have unlimited access to the Controlpad, our latest web based property management software.

Advertising Terms & Conditions


All properties will be advertised within a one-year period, 1st October to 30th September. Adverts can be purchased anytime within the advertising period, however please note that your adverts will expire on the last day of the advertising period. 


Home Stamp can only accept payments made via debit card/credit card via the phone or through the integrated payment module on the Home Stamp website. Unfortunately, Home Stamp is unable to offer refunds.


Per property up to 10 properties (incl. VAT): £48.00

Per property 11 - 20 properties (incl. VAT): £24.00

Per property 21 - 30 properties (incl. VAT): £9.00

Additional properties after 30: FREE

Annual Membership Fee: £25.00

Please note; it is a requirement that a current Gas Safe Register, Electricity, HMO and EPC Certificates are uploaded to the property profile alongside payment of both accreditation and membership fees before each property is advertised.

If your present Gas Safe Register, Electricity or HMO certificate expires the property will stop displaying on the website until a new certificate is supplied to Home Stamp.



Management Regulations for Houses in Multiple Occupation

The Management of Houses in Multiple Occupation (England) Regulations 2006 apply to all private rented properties where three or more people are sharing a property, and not living as one family or household. Please make sure that you are familiar with them, as this will include most student let accommodation in Canterbury.
